What is Redbox????

My husband told me that he mentioned RedBox to a few friends and they didn’t know about it. So if you don’t know about Redbox, then pay close attention. Redbox is a DVD rental vending machine found at your local Walgreens, Wal-Mart, McDonalds, Kroger, etc. Each rental is $1 per day and for each night that you keep it, you will have to pay $1.

RedBox beats any movie rental spot hands down. You just have to get that movie back the next day in order to make it worth the money. Sign up with Redbox and get a free DVD rental.

Things to know:

-Movies rentals are free every 1st Monday of the month.

-To pay just $1.00 plus tax, make sure you get your DVD back by 9:00 p.m. the evening after you rented.

-There are no such things as late fees at Redbox. Each night you enjoy the DVD is only an additional $1.00 plus tax.

-If the restaurant or store where you rented your DVD is closed, then you can return your DVD to any other redbox.

-You can reserve a DVD online. Pick your DVD up when and where you want. With no mailing and no waiting.

Shoe Collection of Many Colors

So I recently had to order a shoe for a wedding from Unforgettable Moments (UM). You can get shoes in 64 custom colors at this place. I looked for a coupon code as I always do and there was nothing. But then I remembered that UM was connected to Payless so I tried a coupon code from there and I got a percentage off. Try coupon code: 26284 for 15% off any purchase thru 8/2/09.

Are You Ready For Some Football?

While talking with friends and co-workers it seems like there is a general consenus among men and women…..We are ready for FOOTBALL season!

It made me think about this past season when my wife and I had a Super Bowl party and wanted to wear jerseys during the game. After a few days of shopping around, I finally found a place to get jerseys for very cheap – EBAY. It is a great place to find real football jerseys for great prices. I have purchased several jerseys averaging between $30 and $40 including shipping.

Authentic jersey retail price: $259
Ebay Price: $40 avg.
I thought this would be a great gift for the dad, boyfriend, husband, etc. that might be a football fan. Now, you might not always be able to find his favorite team at a steal but you might be able to find just a great looking present for him to wear on a Sunday afternoon.
Tips:

-I personally avoid sellers that are not located in the U.S. Shipping is a lot more expensive.
-Beware of the fakes. Read the description of the item very carefully. There are iron-on jerseys (replica). Then there are jerseys that have the number and logos sewn on (authentic).
-Look for sellers that have a high POSITIVE FEEDBACK RATING!(This is feedback from people that have purchased items from this seller) The lowest I normally go it is a 97%.
So have your PayPal accounts ready and happy bidding!

Discount Tips

So we decided to get a new computer because our old one had been struck by lightning. There are a few other things in our home that are being replaced at the time, but I just wanted to say that my job offers some great discounts. For every replacement, we got a great deal.

When it’s time for you to replace some things in your home or if you are buying something new, be sure to take advantage of discounts from your job, rewards services, loyalty cards, etc. Another good idea is to always always always look for coupons on whatever you are buying. Especially if you are taking the time to shop for it online. All you have to do is simply do a search for the store where you will make your purchase and you just might find a discount.
